Thank you for shopping with Arcade Shopping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your arcade machine purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through https://arcadeshopping.com
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most arcade machines within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or invoice).
All return requests must be approved by our support team before shipping.
Non-returnable items:
Customised or special-order arcade machines
Clearance or final sale items
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order:

Reason for return
Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your arcade machine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return at no extra cost to you.
6. International Returns
We accept returns from Canada, the UK, and Europe, subject to the same 14-day policy.
Return shipping and any applicable customs or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement unless the item has already shipped. After this window, please refer to our return process.
